After being introduced to Amrit, the stress was lifted instantly. He made the process seem effortless. He took me through the step by step process and everything I needed to know. All i had to do was tell him what my budget was along with the size/location and he took care of the rest. I expected myself to spend weeks on end searching for an ideal house. He had gathered a list for me and updated it daily to pick and choose what was suitable for myself. Saved me loads of time and headache. After narrowing it down with a couple viewings we managed to seal the deal at a great price with his consistency. He then helped set up everything else that was needed, including inspection, transfers, etc. He has been very honest, professional and patient during the entire process and also made it super easy and efficient for me. For most a 13 day turn around time from finding a property to close and keys in hand is a difficult feat. But the words Amrit used to describe this whole transaction was exciting and invigorating. That should say a lot about the kind of realtor you get when you choose Amrit. He goes the extra mile, grind the extra hour, and puts in a lot of hustle just to make things work out. I am new to Alberta and I have purchased a few other units before I was introduced to Amrit. He provided me with a reliable home inspector as well as a law firm to assist with all the paper work. The team that Amrit used and put me in touch with has surpassed my expectations many folds. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, so not only did Amrit educate us on the market at the time, but also gave us multiple options which we explored over the course of 2-3 months. We initially thought we would be buying a home, but after working as a team with Amrit, we realized it was in our best interest to buy a lot and build our dream home. He took the time to get a real understanding of what we were looking for and found homes that matched our needs and wants (including the one we purchased). During the buying process he always took the time to explain everything and helped us negotiate so we were happy with our final purchase price. I don’t know if we would have ended up getting our house without his help! If you are looking for a realtor who is genuinely interested in your needs and one who will make time for you, Amrit is your man.
