His presentation was well put together, and he made it obvious that he knew the market and the pricing, in all the neighborhoods we were buying and selling in. I listed at the price he suggested and got a good offer right away. He took care of all the negotiating and the details and paperwork, allowing us to focus on what we had to do. He was aware of COVID-19 regulations and sensitivities, and he was always prepared to keep everyone protected and safe during showings and meetings.
